Information submitted through forms
When you use the contact or volunteer interest form, the information you provide is transmitted through the website’s form submission service to MII so we can receive and respond to your inquiry or consider your volunteer interest.
Please submit only information relevant to your message. Do not include sensitive personal information. A volunteer application is an expression of interest and does not guarantee a placement.

Midwestern Innovation Initiative is developing its organizational structure and pursuing nonprofit formation and 501(c)(3) recognition. Such recognition has not yet been granted.
